Applications:

Dissolvine E-39 is used in a wide range of applications, with food, feed and pharmaceutical applications being the exception. Depending on the application area, Dissolvine E-39 can funcition as harness controller, stabilizer, potentiator, metal remover, scale dissolver, as well as bleach (and dye) stabilizer. With one of its main uses within the Personal Care industry, Tetrasodium Salt is often used in products such as: Bath & Shower Products, Color Cosmetic, Ethnic Hair Products, Hair Color/Dye, Hair Gel, Hair Spray, Mousse, Powder, Shampoo, Styling Product, Treatment,Wipes etc.

Item Description:

Our classical Dissolvine chelating agents combine amine and carboxylic acid chemistry in one molecule. This powerful chemical combination yields aminopolycarboxylates (APC’s), which form more stable complexes with metal ions compared to other chelating agents. Because of their cost-effectiveness and versatility they are the most commonly used chelates. Compared to other less effective chelating agents, Dissolvine chelates are stable over a wider range of temperatures and pH values, have a stronger affinity for metals and are thus significantly more efficient. They also have good water solubility and are inert to most chemicals.

Applications:

Dissolvine SME is a chelates solution with about 40% activity, designed for a one shot de-scaling solution for Sugar Mill Evaporator.

It has a calcium carbonate chelating value around 100 mg per gram product.

Dissolvine SME. Should be further diluted to make an active solution between 2-10% when used.

Applications:

Solvitar is added to some food as a preservative or stabilizer to prevent catalytic oxidative decoloration, which is catalyzed by metal ions. In soft drinks containing ascorbic acid and sodium benzoate, EDTA mitigates formation of benzene, a carcinogen. In personal care products, it is added to cosmetics to improve their stability toward air.

Applications:

Ferrazone is a highly effective iron source in food fortification  to combat iron deficiency anemia. Ferric Sodium EDTA is recommended by the World Health Organization as the preferred iron fortificant for wheat and maize flour.
